With support from the CSPA and other NAFTA steel industry associations, the new North American Steel Trade Monitor site (http://www.nastc.org) is now fully functional.
The creation of the site is a key achievement of the North American Steel Trade Committee (NASTC), made up of the Governments of Canada, Mexico, and the United States.
The Monitor will be an effective tool for tracking current imports and exports on a NAFTA-wide basis, both within NAFTA and between NAFTA and non-NAFTA countries.
This easily accessible and publicly available site will provide detailed, customizable reports to aid in better understanding steel trade patters within North America.
